Rates under Act No. 634/2004 Coll. (item 24). If you notify several trades at once, you pay the fee only once, at the highest rate.

How and where to pay

Duty stamps (kolky) were abolished as of 1 January 2025. You pay the fee in cash or by card at the office, by bank transfer, or via the payment gateway when filing online.

Two rules that save money:

  • 20 % discount for electronic filing — from 1,000 Kč down to 800 Kč.
  • You pay only once — even if you notify several trades at the same time.
